Above average precipitation is possible over portions of the South Central Plains and part of the Gulf Coast.  No major trends are seen elsewhere although the region West of the Rockies may see drier than average conditions.

Above average warmth is possible in the Long Range Weather Forecast over the Northern part of Alaska with it looking rather toasty over the Southwest through the Plains states to the Great Lakes onward to the Northeast.  No trend is seen over the Northwest or the Southeast.

 The Long Range Weather Forecast looks a bit dry over Nevada and California Eastward to part of Texas.  Two pockets of Above Average Precipitation are possible over the Pacific Northwest and Central and Northern Plains.  No real trend is seen elsewhere.
