Our "Site" Privacy Policy is quite simple.  We at "Site" do not collect any personally identifiable information on anyone accessing our web pages.  There are possible exceptions to this rule which are outlined below.

 

"Site" is accessed over the World Wide Web via an Internet Service Provider called InMotion Hosting.    Data collection by InMotion Hosting, if any, is not available to "Site".

"Site" employs the services of a company called  StatCounter.com to count "hits/visits" to our "Site" in addition to other statistical information which may also include the city and state of the visiting party as well as the IP address of the visitor.   Such a practice is considered normal and employed by most web sites.  "Site" has the ability to access information gathered  via StatCounter.com but all information we may access is non identifiable with any specific visitor to our site.  For information on what StatCounter collects click StatCounter.com to view their Privacy Policy.  StatCounter.com is an independent vendor and not associated in any way with "Site"

 

When any party using the "Site" leaves the "Site" via a link found on the "Site" they are no longer under our Privacy Policy.  At such time any visitor leaves our "Site" via any link they are completely and totally under the rules, policies, and privacy policy of the new site they have navigated to, also...

"Site" does not sell, trade, barter, give away any information we gather.  For example, if you e-mail us your return address will remain with us or be destroyed.  The same is true for addresses and phone numbers.  We handle this information the same way we would want our own information to be handled.

Policy regarding weather pages not 100% under the control of "Site"

There may be times when "Site" provides a weather page for  one of the valued clients, hereafter referred to as "client".  "Site" will provide a substantial amount of information located on said weather page although not necessarily ALL information located on said page(s).  These pages will be located/resident on servers other than those used by "Site".  The client will also have the ability to modify said page(s).    Therefore, a user of/on one of these weather pages will no longer be under the "Site" Privacy Policy but rather that policy in use by the client.
